So many of you have been asking when my next video is coming so instead of waiting for everything to be perfect I just thought I should go for it an give the people what they want. Yoga! The videos/classes found on this page will be continue in the practice of gentle yoga for seniors and beginners. Sometimes I may add a class that is slightly more advances, but I will clearly mark the level so you know where to begin.
