Ciao, I’m Chicca from Castagneto Carducci - Bolgheri in Tuscany! I have been teaching Tuscan cooking classes for over 20 years in our farmhouse located on "La Strada del Vino", The Wine Road that leads to Bolgheri, known for some of the finest wines in the world, like Sassicaia or Ornellaia. I teach in person cooking classes as well as online live cooking classes through Chicca's Cooking Club, the oldest online Italian cooking club in English. With more than 100 live classes available on replay, a growing video recipe library that expands every season, and a warm, supportive community, it’s the most authentic way to learn Italian cooking online. We also offer a weeklong cooking vacation and variety of Food & Wine Tours in our unique medieval villages and stunning wineries.
