I love the 1995 Wayne Wang film Smoke. Harvey Keitel plays a cigar store worker who takes a daily photograph of his corner in Brooklyn. William Hurt is a friend of his who is looking through the albums of the same exact photo of a mundane street corner, but Keitel explains the little differences in the people who occupy that little corner at that moment. 818 Valley resident as long as I can remember. Los Angeles changes so quickly. Just when I see a new building or business, it gets knocked down or changes. This channel is my document of life as an Angelino and the wonderful city I live in. All these moments would have been lost, like tears in the rain. (I also love a lot of other movies)
