A lifetime avoiding 'real' work.
As a musician with a penchant for avoiding "real' work, the slow spiral downward started at the tender age of 13 in Salem/Portland, Ore., where he played with numerous bands. Had lots of fun opening for The Shangri-Las, Beau Brummels and War, before he detoured off into a solo one-man band project opening for Thomas Dolby and Bruce Hornsby. He also performed on ads for Nike, etc. Still, survival dictated new strategies as he again changed into a solo pianist playing in hotels and 12 years in the cruise industry. He quit just about the time they stopped hiring him. Through out all of it, he kept a private life of composing and recording.
Attilio lives in Barcelona near the Picasso Museum.
