With soaring vocal melodies and a powerful rhythm section, Jacks and Atoms comes out swinging with their unique brand of in-your-face indie rock, put on full display in their fresh new single, “Don’t Hide Away”! Jacks and Atoms formed in 2014, when Daven and Dan began work as a duo on what would become the band’s 2016 debut record, an indie folk rock release called “Over the Mountain.” They spent the next several years honing their craft on stages all around Chicago and the Midwest, evolving their performance and sound, before meeting bassist Arthur Wolff and bringing him into the fold. Having completed their lineup, Jacks and Atoms began working on new indie alternative rock music, and, with the 2020 release of “Don’t Hide Away,” marked the start of their three-piece sonic adventure.
