Wandall William Rhoads (December 6, 1956 – March 19, 1982) was an American heavy metal guitarist who played with Quiet Riot and Ozzy Osbourne. Rhoads combined his classical guitar influences with heavy metal to create his own style. Despite his short career, Rhoads was a major influence on heavy metal and is cited as such by many guitarists.
John Michael "Ozzy" Osbourne, born 3 December 1948, is an English singer, songwriter, and television personality. He rose to prominence during the 1970s as the lead vocalist of the heavy metal band Black Sabbath. After 1979 he went on to have a successful solo career, releasing 12 studio albums, the first seven of which received multi-platinum certifications in the US.
