Known for his catchy flows and dark themes, Bay Area rapper Midnight Merc looks to inspire listeners through a unique mix of Emo rap, Pop punk, and Lyrical rap music. 
 While still in high school, the explosion of the 2017/2018 SoundCloud era inspired Merc to start a rap career of his own.
 His thirst for knowledge continued in his enrollment at Berklee College of Music where he expanded his skillset even more to include experience in mixing, mastering, live recordings, Pro Tools, vocal training, and lyric writing. His production journey has led him to venture outward and produce and mix a plethora of genres for his fellow artists in the local Sacramento community. Influences such as NF and Machine Gun Kelly can be heard in Merc's newer productions alongside frequent collaborator KAIIDO. His dark themes and mysterious vibes are constant throughout his lyrics and media, focusing on dealing with the past and a constant struggle with trust and trauma.
