Djing for more than 25 years. Purchased first Technics 1200's April 1996. Djing is an art, where peoples versions of the picture they choose to paint with sound varies widely. My version of the art is a canvas underpinned by trying to adhere to strong technical skills that incorporate basic musical knowledge (harmonic keys) to create a seamless transition from one track to another. The Dj is the conductor and each track is a unique sound in the overall symphony that the Dj creates from programming the transitions prior to performance. Perfection does exist, it just requires numerous solo hours of practice and passion.
