DASA is a DJ, event promoter and DJ based in Ottawa, Ontario. Coming from a musical family, he started playing bass in rock and progressive metal bands while growing up in the 90s. His influences draw from a wide range of sounds that filled his home growing up - including disco, rock & roll and heavy metal. He is a multi-genre artist that aims to seamlessly blend light/dark through warm, sexy, meditative and emotionally moving soundscapes with the goal of bringing people together, making them move and making them feel. He is the co-founder of the House of Kink and SpaceCamp - two of Ottawa’s premier community dance events/raves, both of which aim to capture the essence of some of their favourite festivals, creating welcoming experiences where people feel free and safe to dance, express themselves and make genuine connections. He has graced the stage at several nightclubs across Canada and festivals including Summerdaze, Black Rabbit, Sonic Springs Front Republic and AIM.
