the pocket herc is an independent singer-songwriter and producer (and also an art director and filmmaker).
While some kids played sports and other played video games. I played by myself (and my imagination). I have always loved to create, in order to express the intangible, like a mood, smell, or a feeling.
Coming into the new decade, I felt inspired to create a mixtape of tracks based upon the thoughts, feelings and experiences I’ve had over the 2010’s. My style, much like my taste in music, is genre-fluid and I am inspired by pop, hip hop, country, rock, electronic, grunge, indie, metal artists, and heavily influenced by 80’s, 90’s and 00’s synths and beats.
I love to use music, motion, and graphic design to produce beautiful art, which I hope you enjoy.
His debut mixtape '2020 Hindsight' is to be released early 2020.
