Biography: GARDO bloomed out of Cebu City but founding members originated from Mindanao (Iligan and Malaybalay). The founding lineup consisted Marvic Llanes, Janjan Labra, Gem Gem Celeste, and Mark "Oji" Anajao who were highschool buddies, ex-bandmates, and drinking comrades. Past to present members are/were affiliated with the bands Outnumbered, Mea Culpa, Shrapnel, Left Of Center, and Self Will. About: We are simply regular dudes into Hardcore & Food Contrary to common belief, Manoy GARDO is an Iligan-native soldier of the Philippine Army. He lurks behind the shadows killing his enemies beyond our comprehension. A clear representation of a force to be reckon with. The band tapped in to that raw power & emotion and managed to re-shaped it into a set of power chords and rumbling drum kicks. Everything else followed suit and just came into being, beautifully.
