Malena Zavala is an Argentinian-born artist and producer based between London and Mexico City. A self-taught musician, she wrote, recorded, and produced her debut album, Aliso (2018), in her parents’ garage, blending hypnotic sounds inspired by her Anglo-Latin heritage. Her music, influenced by artists like Devendra Banhart , Beach House and Feist, weaves ethereal textures with poetic lyricism, creating a spellbinding sonic experience. With albums Aliso (2018) and La Yarará (2020), she toured extensively across Europe and the UK. Her last EP, Pasos De La Luna, brought her music to Latin America, deepening her connection to her cultural roots. Malena opened for artists such as Lord Huron, Men I Trust on their UK and EU tours—and most recently, she opened two sold-out shows for Puma Blue at Foro Indie Rocks in Mexico City. This year Zavala comes with a new EP titled 'MELT' packaged as a small collection of love songs which will be the first release on her new label Paraná Records.
