Orie began dancing ballet when she was 4 years old. She later learned jazz and free styles at BDC Tokyo. After she graduated from Keio University, she began her professional career where Orie has performed in many shows including the opening act of FIFA World Cup Final. She has trained at Broadway Dance Center in NYC for 1 year. During that year she danced in Synthesis Dance Project’s annual NYC concert. Synthesis Dance Project is a Contemporary Lyrical dance company in NY. After she came back to Tokyo, she has been producing her own works and working as a choreographer in commercial scenes. In parallel, she keeps training as a dancer. She dances in BDC Tokyo showcase every year since 2015. She Learned pilates at NY Kane School, completed yoga teacher training RYT200 at Carrboro Yoga Company in NC and is completed RYT500 at Under The Light Yoga School in Tokyo. She also has been teaching TAIKO Dance\ TAIKO Fitness for 10 years , a traditional Japanese drum.
