Women Empowering Nations (WEN) is a global organization dedicated to providing exposure, development, and mentorship to underserved girls. Under the leadership of Carlisha Williams Bradley, WEN has created leadership development opportunities for over 9,000 girls across 23 countries. Our mission is to accelerate their path to leadership and social impact, equipping them with the tools and confidence to become the next generation of leaders.
Through mentorship, leadership training, and global exposure opportunities, WEN empowers girls to amplify their voices and create tangible change. Programs like the GLOW Global Cohort, GLOW R.I.S.E. In-School Program, and GLOW Leadership Summits broaden perspectives and build confidence for leadership roles.
