Why CIRKUS? It was obvious for us to connect to what is the absolute spectacle where the fundamentals are set on the equilibrium. The « K » letter of CIRKUS is related to the shapes in the logo that illustrates this equilibrium. CIRKUS is not only a rock band, it is an approach of inspiration. Because we wanted in a perpetual creation mind set, it was clear we had to handle our own recording gear, so were built Scarecrow’s Shelter Studios. No more compromise is allowed there. Mistakes are human but compromise for us is the evil in arts. We are completely free from the limits of the traditional production chain. We are not fenced in by the one-shot deal approach of recording sessions. The production can really be a living thing.
