Cameron Cummins (b. 2004) is an up-and-coming composer, arranger, trombonist and euphoniumist originally from Danville, PA. His writing has a unique blend of memorable melodies and evocative harmonies to create and tell enchanting stories. Cameron's music is often characterized as cinematic, communicative, and conveying a sense of adventure and intrigue.
Cameron has been commissioned numerous times by classical and jazz ensembles. He has worked with groups including the International Trombone Summit, loadbang, the UCF New Music Ensemble, and counting. He has been praised as an "amazing home-grown talent" by his hometown newspaper and others.
Currently studying Music Composition at the University of Central Florida with Dr. Alex Burtzos, Cameron regularly releases new works for many different ensembles.
