Ben Russell And The Charmers are a 5-piece reggae band from South East London, under the independent record label Jungle Island Records. With appearances at some of the biggest UK festivals, the band have also shared stages with internationally acclaimed artists such as, ‘Lee Scratch Perry’, ‘Katchafire’, 'Groundation', ‘Mykal Rose (Black Uhuru)’, as well as joining ‘The Dualers’ for their sold out ‘Road to Wembley’ tour. The band have established themselves as a stirring presence in the UK alternative music scene, as well as gaining the applause and attention of famed radio selector David Rodigan on BBC Radio 1Xtra labelling them as “one of the TOP UK reggae bands”!
