Bassist, songwriter and singer Al Hospers has been playing since 1966. In the 80's he played with both Blood Sweat and Tears and the Buddy Rich Band. He was co-founder of the seminal MIDI music software company Dr.T's Music Software, one of the companies that began the computer music revolution. In the mid-90's was a part of several software startups, including Harmonix Music Systems who created Guitar Hero. Since 1997 he has lived in the White Mountains of New Hampshire; occasionally writing software, playing a wide variety of music and indulging his other passions of rock & ice climbing and mountain biking.
