This is Nella B and the B is 4 BLUES!! Donnella Rucker aka Nella B. is the newest BLUES SINGER in the DMV. I am a native of Washington, DC and I reside in Prince Georges County (aka Pretty Girl County. . .LOL), MD. I am a TRUE BLUES SINGER/ENTERTAINER so, when you come to see NELLA B. & THE NOISE, expect to DANCE, SING, LAUGH and join in on the FUN!! THE NOISE is truly the HEART & SOUL of the music. These TALENTED & PROFESSIONAL MUSICIANS are: ANTHONY 'BASSMAN" RUCKER, my husband and Musical Director who I couldn't do this without. Paul Pinkham on Guitar, David Roy on Guitar, Jay Walden is the Beat Keeper on Drums and our newest member is Liz Lohr on Keys!! We play all types of BLUES from Jump Blues, Swing Blues, Go-Go Blues, Mississippi Delta Blues just to name a few. We perform songs by Etta James, Koko Taylor, Joe Bonamassa, Ma Rainey, Christone "Kingfish" Ingram, Eric Clapton and the list goes on and on!!! We have something for EVERYBODY.
