I'm the person who always said "dogs are not babies, they're dogs". Whoops! Had family dogs in the past, but until I got Peanut I didn't know you could actually love a dog: don't know if it's an 'age' thing on my part, or a 'more free time' thing, whatever, now I have two of 'em, whom I love with all my heart.
