Hi, my name is Chris Welcome to my YouTube channel! This is the video-home for all things that I find inspiring and that I want to share with YOU. I first began practicing yoga in Ireland, where I was touring as a professional musician in the mid 1990’s. From the very beginning of my yoga journey, I felt driven to share my experiences with others. Since those early days of knowing only five poses, I have lived, taught and trained thousands of students and teachers in countless countries around the world. My mantra in life is simple, Live YOUR Truth! I hope that what I share here, will serve to guide and inspire you to move and live in the direction of your Truth!
