Welcome to the Neuro Studio - an online resource for people living with neurological conditions and their movement mentors. We combine Pilates-based movement with a specific focus in gait and balance with a deep understanding of anatomy and biomechanics, along with thousands of hours of experience. The Neuro Studio is led by Mariska Breland and Meghann Koppele Duffy, who combined have over 45 years of experience, both professionally and personally. Mariska is also an MS patient, diagnosed in 2002. Currently, The Neuro Studio unique methodology is being validated in multiple research studies at the university level. Meghann and Mariska are teachers of teachers, having trained over 3,000 movement professionals worldwide how to effectively work with neurological conditions.
