Dr. Norman Vincent Peale (May 31, 1898 – December 24, 1993) was a minister and author and a progenitor of the theory of positive thinking. Norman Vincent Peale’s LIVE WITH CONFIDENCE was produced and distributed to radio stations across the United States by Hartwest Productions, Inc. in 1967-1971. The original master tapes have been digitally mastered and restored. We are confident that you will agree with us that the concise verbal essays in this collection by Dr. Peale and his wife Ruth, are as relevant, inspiring, and uplifting today, as they were when they were originally broadcast. Dr. Peale was born in Bowersville, Ohio, and earned degrees at Ohio Wesleyan University and Boston University School of Theology.
