Multi instrumentalist and music producer Emile Hoogenhout a.k.a. behr received his official Ableton Certification in November 2013 and was selected to attend the Red Bull Music Academy in Spain 2011. Being the only participant from Africa in 2011, based on his music composition and performance skill. Emile has studied at many different institutions including the University Of Cape Town, the National School Of The Arts and with many private tutors Emile has been a music teacher for the past 20 years since and has helped many students receive accredited Royal Schools and Trinity distinctions. Under the alias "behr" Emile has played extensively at various electronic music festivals. Constantly forcing himself to redefine his music production process through field recording, sampling, using live drums, guitar, piano and sequencing.
