Hey Friends! Welcome! I’m Kycha (Keysha). I am in year 2 of my widowhood. I am sharing my healing journey as I grieve for my husband that died suddenly from a rollover car accident we were in together. I will do my best to film and post regularly. I am so grateful to have had 33 years with the love of my life. Justin will forever live in my heart. I am starting over. I am alone for the first time in my life. All 3 of my daughters are adults and have lives of their own. I know there will be many adventures in this new solo journey. I am still on a health journey to lose weight and improve myself as I am in the thick of midlife and dealing with perimenopause symptoms, if you know you know.
