I have been a raw foodist for 28 years; I would be able to say I have been a raw vegan for all that time but in 2010 I tried raw paleo with my mentor and buddy Truth Calkins, I played with eating raw animal products on and off until Febuary 2013 when I returned 100% back to raw veganism-- I started this video blog in May 2009. This is just a blog of my life long infatuation with high living via high and extreme nutrition, as well as other modalities deal with the other 3/4 of life: emotional, mental and spiritual. I will tell you all the things Im into especially to do with my love of music and art; most of my uploads provide you with a song of the day, and a bit of trivia to do with that music...
