Official YouTube Channel for the Sacramento Mandarins Drum and Bugle Corps. The corps was founded in 1963 as the Ye Wah Drum and Lyre Corps, and has since gone on to win eight DCI Division championship titles. The Sacramento Mandarins mission of “Celebrating Youth and Transforming Lives” continues to drive the progress of our organization. Never in the 56-year history of the Mandarins have we served so many youths. The Mandarins are committed to growth in the lives of our youth by providing the ideal balance of education, family values, and the blending of Asian traditions with the discipline of Drum Corps. Since the beginning in 1963, the Mandarins have been sponsored by a volunteer booster club of parents and supporters. The Mandarins of Sacramento, Inc. is a 501 (c)(3) musical organization.
