Olivier Schreuder is a composer & producer of electronic and acoustic music.
Under his alias Lucid Voyages he composes electroacoustic ecosystems with his modular synthesizer, fieldrecordings and DSP. In these ecosystems he explores the fluidity of sound: the extent to which a sound can morph between different physical characteristics.
In his organized chaotic systems he improvises with generative elements, feedback and interaction between acoustic and electronic sounds.
As Hiss Sound he produces dub and outernational electronic music, of which the album Taraf is his first achievement.
Together with composer Robin Koek & DJ Jeroen van Aalst he forms The Magic Number, a live filmsoundtrackproject
With Thai classical musician Angkanang Pimwankum he composes new music under the name of Kow Mai.
Probably most well-known is his Thai-Dutch collective Apichat Pakwan, with whom he regularly tours in Southeast Asia & Europe.
