Carly Sage, MS is a Functional Medicine Nutritionist, Integrative Quantum Health Practitioner, and visionary founder of Sage Health and Block 134 Arts & Wellness Collective. With over 15 years of experience, she helps clients uncover root causes of chronic illness and transform their health through a multidimensional approach that integrates nutrition, functional lab testing, herbal protocols, somatic and energetic healing, and nervous system regulation.
