Artificial Waves is post-rock/post-metal band established in 2012 and since then experimenting with contemporary instrumental music in various genres from ambient to metal. The band includes four members: Alexey Pereverzev – guitar and samples, Pavel Dashkov – guitar, Dmitry Kaleev – bass, Ilya Kosharov – drums. Artificial Waves are known for their long multi-section compositions that include heavy and lush ambient guitars, electronics, piano and strings making overall sound softer, deeper and adding details so every time you listen to it, new things are coming up. Examples of this through the time from 2012 to 2022 are tracks Transient, Extrapolation, Feeling the Endless Flow, Decompression, Morning Twilight, Delicate Harmony.
