Under The Frequency is a series of vignettes which document the process of creating film, music, and visual art in El Paso. Through it, we explore local scenes of creative urban inspiration and the artists behind them. We’ve collaborated with local favorites: Great Shapes, Los Visionaries, and Call for Candor, to name a few. We have produced artist segments from visionaries in New York City to Los Angeles, including coverage of CMJ Music Marathon and the American Film Market. We also produced artist segments from local events, such as Neon Desert Music Festival and Mother of Pearl Block Party, and brought them to a national audience.
