My soul is here to catalyze transformation, both in myself and in others. Being a highly sensitive empath and intuitive, I've always been connected to people and what makes them tick. These innate aspects in me created an untraditional path. I began exploring the Mind, Body, Emotional, Soul, and Spirit experience at a young age. Over the last 20 years I have studied Human Design, Yoga, Meditation, Integrative Health, Energy Work, Emotional Embodiment, Cathartic Release Work, Shadow Work, and more.
