Hi, I'm Jason! Based in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire. I'm 29, Husband, Father, Independent Musician. By biggest inspiration is the late great Mr. David Bowie, followed by the likes of The Beatles, Arctic Monkeys, The Police and Mac Demarco. I've been writing lyrics and half heartedly making songs since I was 14 years old, at 16 I taught myself to play guitar and started taking songwriting more seriously. During lockdown I wrote more and more then a friend introduced me to the magic of home recording! I started collecting second hand gear, build a shed to become my "studio" and started my recording journey. In 2023 I released my debut single "Time is tight" and I was hooked! So hooked, that for 2024 I decided I would write, record and release a song every single week for the whole year! Feeling a bit worn out and a bit creatively drained from a whole year of relentlessly writing songs I took a short break.. for 5 months. Until now!
