Hello, my name is Tanya Becher. I am a wife, mother of 3, and a woodturner. I am self-taught and I am proud of how far I have come in a short time. I source all my wood with the help of my husband Steve. We never cut trees down for me to turn. The only way we will touch a standing tree to cut is if it is dying or dead. I take these trees and make lasting memories that can be passed down for generations. I think this is my favorite thing about turning is knowing these pieces will be passed down through families.
