Hey Friends.. I'm Shyam Sawant, age 42. On this channel I review healthy products and supplements available in Indian market. I strongly feel , nothing can replace actual food. Before I make the review video - I do my research on the product , connect with customer care or nutritionist of company and ask them questions based on my research , wherever possible I get the lab report from company or do it my self. I do my research extensively since I also use / consume those products and before consuming any products I always make sure I trust that brand. For me , quality of the product matters and not how big the brand is. I really hope you like my video's and I'm able to create some value for you as my audience. I'm post graduate in Management and currently work with a Global Investment bank. I got myself certified from International Sports Science Association (ISSA) in Nutrition to grow my passion for Nutrition-Health-Fitness and help others if I can. Cheers !!!
