Once the COVID-19 pandemic hit in March 2020, Max and Tiana were laid off from their previous yoga studio. Turning lemons into lemonade, the duo transitioned to teaching virtual yoga sculpt classes via Instagram Live. Additionally, the two started this YouTube channel to act as a library for those who missed the live workout or want to view and take the recording again.
