A graduate of the Limerick School of Art and Design and the Irish World Academy of Music and Dance, she uses music and art as tools for connection, healing, and social change. An accomplished performer, she has appeared at major festivals and venues: Electric Picnic, Wild Roots, and Dolans Warehouse, and has collaborated with mental health organizations to support marginalized groups. Her creative work spans songwriting, folksong collecting, painting, and teaching, with a focus on promoting positive mental health and community spirit.
