Thought I might bring my hobbies of photography, video editing, guitar playing and singing (badly!) together during COVID so I brushed the dust off my guitar and set about reconnecting with my old friend! It's no coincidence that Christy Moore's songs take center stage, I've been a huge fan for over 40 years, the man is like fine wine and just gets better as time goes on. I'm drawn by a beautiful melody or strong powerful words, they create a desire in me to "give it a go", besides, I'll have left something behind that my family can muze over when I'm gone! Thank you to the amazing song writers and me aul pal Christy who have given me much joy and a reason to stop and think over the years, I've tried my best to do your work justice! The purists will notice the flaws and bum chords but sure that's what make it fun and real! :-) I don't think I've broken any copyright rules and I've done my best to make sure all videos/pictures used are in the public domain. #johncoburn #rideon
