It is no secret that physical fitness relieves your stress, but did you know that dancing also boosts your mental health? Hello, we are Indu and Nitiya, fellow dancers and passionate choreographers based out of Hyderabad. We’ve always loved dancing to Bollywood and Tollywood songs from decades apart, but only recently discovered the benefits of dancing on our mental well-being, which is why we began teaching dance to various individuals from different countries.
Today, we are here to further our profound interest in dance while offering you all an outlet from your stressed routines. You can now learn from our simple yet elegant dance choreographies or just sit back and enjoy the content we publish.
