Manchester Dub Rock band featuring Audioweb singer Martin 'Sugar' Merchant, Distance Rrom Zero frontman SJ Collier, Dead Captain / Cornelius Crane multi-instrumentalist Dan Adams, SWJ Group / Cornelius Crane / Ed Banger & the Nosebleeds multi instrumentalist Stephen Wilson Jnr & the enigma wrapped in mystery, Lord Bevs.
The band formed with the collaboration between Simon (SJ) Collier & Martin 'Sugar' Merchant who came together to write a few songs. Later joined by Dan Adams, Stephen Wilson Jnr. & Lord Bevs. Wrote a lot of tunes but only a few were finished to be released. There is a collection of Collier / Merchant demos on bandcamp.
The band started in 2007 & split after headlining a stage at the 2013 Head For the Hills festival. Merchant returned to Audioweb, Collier formed Distance From Zero, Wilson & Adams formed The Cornelius Crane the later they split to form Dead Captain & SWJ Group. Lord Bevs disappeared. but hopefully is still rocking out somewhere.
