Originally designed as the Royal Poinciana Playhouse in 1958 by renowned architect John Volk, this iconic site is being reimagined as a 27,000-square-foot waterfront venue featuring a 400-seat, state-of-the-art theater. The exceptionally unique design includes retractable seating, a sprung floor for dance, and a magnificent wall of windows that provide spectacular views of the Intracoastal Waterway. The venue also boasts a waterfront terrace, as well as an 1,800-square-foot private space on the second floor with northern and western water views.
