DeafBlind Community of Texas is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organized to empower people who are DeafBlind through equal opportunities to employment, technology, and education, and to enable socialization to reduce isolation.
Through service, DBCTX realizes a community where DeafBlind individuals explore their environment, make empowered, autonomous decisions, and have access to the world around them.
