Each Generation has it's own 'Revolution'. The Counter-Cultural Revolution of each Generation such as Beatniks, Hippies, Punks, Ravers. The 'powers that be' would like you to believe that these Counter-Cultural Revolutions have no influence on the world today, the world around you, that they achieved 'nothing'. The status quo wants you to believe this but take a look around. The Counter-Cultural has always caused Revolutions and each Generation has their own. We are all Counter-Culture kids, if we wanna be.
