Between 2008 and 2013 I performed around 300 gigs across the UK, including London (Troubador Club, Edinburgh Cellars, Soho Comedy Club, The Camden Head), Manchester (Jackson's Pit, Taurus), Birmingham (The Island Bar, Actress & Bishop, The Yardbird) and numerous local hot spots (Nozstock, Leamington Peace Festival, The Robin 2, The Marrs Bar). In addition to being carted around various venues (cheers Mum and Dad!), I landed myself a bunch of radio spots. I featured on BBC Hereford & Worcester a number of times, was played by Tom Robinson on BBC 6 Music, featured on BBC Radio 1, and had airplay on a handful of underground digital radio stations. 2010: I was spotted by Air Management (Katie Melua, Jamie Cullum) 2011: I was selected out of 37,000 applicants to join 40 other artists at the BBC Intro Musicians Masterclass, where I met Mark Ronson & Calvin Harris 2012: I performed a song of mine for Her Majesty The Queen on her visit to the newly opened Hive Library.
