Welcome to my channel! I am Mortiel. I'm a systems engineer, consumer advocate, critical thinking addict, proud father, and founder of The Pixel Crashers. I'm an avid gaming strategist and theorycrafter. I also talk too much and have terrible ADHD. What was I talking about again? There is a lot of misinformation out there. Between the shady marketing of corporations behind the games to a vocal minority of gamers themselves defending said corporations out of a misplaced desire for validation, hearing a vocal opinion that is for the consumer and not the corporation is becoming frighteningly rare. Even supposed ethical critics and journalists in the gaming industry are hesitant to speak against several outright anti-consumer practices for fear of being denied timely media access to materials from said publishers. It is for these reasons I seek to bring a clear and fair voice to an outright polluted platform.
