The next Riga Summer School will take place in August 2014. If you are studying communication, journalism, media, public relations, advertising or another creative field and are interested in film, photo and video, we've got something exciting for you. We are looking for 25 hard-working, eager and fun students from the Baltics, Europe and all over the world, who want to come to Riga this summer and produce a short video or multimedia clip about the diversity of the Latvian capital, thus helping us discover the true identity of Riga. Officially we are calling it the summer school, but in reality it will be less of a school in the traditional sense and more of a week long creative production studio, where we will all be learning to produce short videos and share our passion for film. Any kind of ideas for short videos would fit -- from factually journalistic to creatively artistic, as long as they tell a story about Riga identity -- it is really up to you. www.rigasummerschool.eu
