This is not a news channel so I will not deliver news, however on occasion may react to and give my thoughts and feelings on it. I’m an advocate for the ketogenic lifestyle as well as intermittent fasting, as it has saved my life. Health both mental and physical is our #1 prep. I have a lot of projects pertaining to emergency preparedness I look forward to share in the future, and will go into successes and failures in prepping so none of you repeat my mistakes.
