Texas Connect is an online meetup held in conjunction with RootsTech on a yearly basis. Anyone who is interested in genealogy or history within the state of Texas is invited to attend. Our session is formatted as follows: We hold a main session where all presenters give a brief introduction on what they will be discussing. Then each presenter moves into a breakout room where they give a short presentation to virtual participants who can come jump in and out of the breakout rooms. The hope is that community members and organizations will learn from one another and be inspired in preserving records for generations to come.
