Founded by Olympians and World-Class gymnastics coaches Claudia Carmo-OLY, and Aureliano Carmo “Coach Carmo”, Royal Gymnastics brings age-appropriate gymnastics, tumbling, trampoline, bars, rings, balance beam, vault, and movement education directly to daycares and preschools.
Royal Gymnastics is also the birthplace of TOC — The Optimum Child, the First Gymnastics-Driven Pediatric Biohacking Methodology.
Through our unique 3P Program — Pedagogic Progression Program, children progress safely and confidently at their own pace while developing balance, strength, coordination, agility, body awareness, focus, confidence, and emotional control.
