Welcome to IAMHOCKEY, where we battle for pucks while battling cancer! My name is Tim and I am a 52-year-old man who is fighting for his life and trying to enjoy the greatest game on the planet, hockey. On October 5th, 2018, I was diagnosed with Stage 2 Colen Cancer. It was a shock to me, as I had just started playing hockey again and was feeling invincible. But I knew that I couldn't let cancer stop me from doing what I love. I now play and record every chance I get, sometimes 6 or 7 times a week. I document my journey on this channel for my kids and grandkids, so that they can learn from my experience. I want to inspire others to embrace life and enjoy the game, no matter what obstacles they may face. I play in various leagues, including the Weekday Warriors, a name pending league on Tuesday nights, the SMEL (Senior Men's Elite League), the LASHL (Lewiston Auburn Senior Hockey League), and the TSSHC (Top Shelf Senior Hockey Club).
